support
the Product Management teams of its Global Accessories Product Strategies (GPS)
division in Sherbrooke!

Responsibilities
Under the responsibility of the Accessories Global Product Manager,
the Product Analyst will have the following
responsibilities:
·
Research and elaborate market trend and business trend studies to
identify and evaluate new opportunities for product and growth in the
marketplace
·
Reach out to our international divisions to maximize global product
offering in line with a worldwide market and consumer
needs
·
Elaborate and lead the product portfolio process and selection for
your product categories in collaboration with de-development
teams
·
Build strong relevant project definitions in line with market and
consumer needs to orient the development team to build the right
products
·
Elaborate and maintain financial business cases for each of the
projects selected in the portfolio process, and validate their profitability all
through the development phases
·
Research and forecast potential sales volumes, penetration rates, and
product cannibalization for each project and adjust as needed throughout the
process
·
Work closely with Design and Engineering throughout the entire
development process to influence and orient the projects from a voice of the
customer perspective
·
Continuously strive to improve your Key financial performance
indicators, growth, profitability, and margin, while building a high innovation,
integrated, and desirable product portfolio for all your riding
segments
·
Contribute to related P&A Product Development, Go to Market, and
Sales activities
Profile
The
following is a summary of the desired profile of the person who will fill the
Accessories
Product Analyst position:
Qualifications and Skills:
·
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, and/or any
experience related to the field of sales and product
development
·
Knowledge and understanding of the PG&A (PA&A) business
within the Powersports market
·
Experience in strong storytelling using MS Office tools (including
Powerpoint and Excel)
·
Functional French
Beyond the Skills:
·
Good communication skills, both oral and written
·
Critical thinking, analysis, and
synthesis
·
Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and follow up on
them
·
